Description: Looking for an individual who is well-spoken, experienced, adaptable and someone with great initiative to drive the practice towards success!
Preferably staying in a 5km radius from Sharonlea, Olivedale area and must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Fluent English.
Candidate must be polite, confident, friendly and well presented. A professional demeanor is a must. Candidate should be highly organized, present good verbal & written communication skills, must be able to multitask and be an active listener. The candidate should present excellent telephone manner and be friendly with patients at all times.
Must have great computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel and Word). Added advantage would be to have knowledge of Mastermed application.
Start date – February 2022
At least 3 year's receptionist experience essential.
Duties include: greeting, receiving, screening patients, answering calls, taking messages, responding to emails, diary management, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, filing, occasionally invoicing, taking payments promptly and accurately.
Salary : Minimum R7000
